Key Responsibilities:

• Greet      and assist guests and clients in a professional manner
• Manage      incoming calls and emails, ensuring effective communication
• Maintain      accurate and organized records
• Assist      with administrative tasks, including running errands and miscellaneous      office duties

Requirements:

• Valid      driver’s license 
• Proven      experience in administration, preferably in a corporate or legal setting
• Strong      communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional      reliability and punctuality
• Ability      to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professionalism
• A      person of sober habits
