Matric (Grade 12)
Certificate in Business Administration OR
Certificate in Human Resource Management
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and other local languages
Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Welcoming new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
Taking notes and minutes in meetings
Ordering and taking stock of office suppliers
Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
Preparing documents for meetings and business trip
Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
Official vehicle management
Maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Providing secretarial support
Maintaining employee confidence and protecting operations by keeping human resource information confidential
Maintaining quality service by following organization standards.
